Based on the ever changing conditions in the global markets, I am always trying to understand the current environment and look for ways we can profit from them.

I don’t claim to be an expert in the economy but rather I wanted to create a forum for me sharing ideas with you and vice versa. I am a voracious reader and a lifetime student of finance and economics. I read several investment, economic, business, and market related literature on a monthly basis and want to relay the facts and general information to you so you have a central place to read up and gain an understanding of the current economic environment. I will also provide you with my interpretation and viewpoints of those facts and also relay some ways we can all hopefully profit from them. My only caveat is that, before you make any investment decisions, I would recommend you first speak to your investment advisor.

I hope my business background with in-depth financial experience (6 yrs in corporate finance, 1.5 yrs in the LBO/hedge fund world, and 1 yr at a private investment firm focused on distressed opportunities) that includes work experience in the New York City metro area, London, San Francisco, and Miami can prove a valuable asset in helping you make some money while making sense of the current economic conditions.
